The Mission & Vision of Taste & See
Hello, Erie! My name is Krystal Robinson, and I'm the owner and visionary behind Taste & See Fruit & Veggie Bar, which opened in Fall 2021. My passion for bringing fresh, unprocessed, and wholesome foods to our community has grown beyond just nutrition. My vision for Taste & See is to help Erie *taste and see* wellness in every sense of the word, through three essential areas: nutritional, mental, and physical health.
Nutritionally, the Taste & See Cafe in the Flagship City Food Hall offers smoothies, juices, salads, and other fresh, wholesome options to fuel our community with goodness from within. It's food you can feel good about, designed to support healthy lifestyles with clean, simple ingredients.
Mentally, I'm thrilled to introduce Rest & Renew Studios, which will open in November 2024. Rest & Renew is a space dedicated to helping people identify the rest they need—whether it’s deep relaxation, mental clarity, or simple restoration. Here, you’ll find a place designed for you to unplug, reset, and recharge. www.restandrenewstudios.sitesgpt.com
Physically, I envision a future component called *The SweatBox,* a high-energy space for coreo-cardio workouts with dance choreography. It's fun, dynamic, and crafted to inspire movement, vitality, and fitness in a whole new way.
Together, these three areas form the core of Taste & See’s mission: to empower Erie to be a healthier, happier, and more vibrant community. Wellness is for everyone, and we have creative and innovative ways to achieve it together. I’m excited to watch Erie grow healthier, stronger, and more connected. Let’s taste, see, and experience wellness like never before!
