The Inspiration

Founder Krystal Robinson was at work one day in 2018 and could feel her body desiring something fresh, green and healthy. She was on a 15-minute break, wanted a smoothie and began to think, where to get a fresh fruit/veggie-based smoothie from in Downtown Erie? The answer, unfortunately, was nowhere. At that moment, she decided to provide a solution that would make healthy, and good, accessible in a fast-casual setting.  

The Start

When we first opened our doors in November 2021, the future was uncertain. We simply took each day as it came. Fast forward almost 5 years, and we couldn't be prouder of the brand we've cultivated – one that embodies consistency, kindness, health, wellness, perseverance, and, of course, a menu filled with deliciousness.

The Future

With immense joy, excitement, and a touch of relief, we're thrilled to share Taste & See Fruit & Veggie Bar, is gearing up for a transformative transition.

We are excited to announce Taste & See has a HOME! As of April 2026 we are now housed in the Erie County Courthouse, where the Courthouse has been without a cafe for the past 4 years. The employees and general public are excited, AS ARE WE!
